Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read this before requesting a return, refund, or exchange. It explains the timelines, proof required, and how credit is issued.

The clock starts the moment your order is delivered. 3 days for returns · 24 hours for damaged or wrong-item claims. Missed windows can't be honoured.

1 Return eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

2 Damaged or incorrect products

  • A proper unboxing video from start to end is mandatory — no cuts, no edits.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

3 Exchange policy

  • Size exchanges are available.
  • Courier charges for size exchanges are paid by the customer.
  • If a damaged or incorrect product is reported within 24 hours with a valid unboxing video, RedCaard bears the courier charges for the exchange.

4 Return & store credit policy

  • Cash refunds are not provided — all eligible returns are settled as store credit.
  • To initiate a return, a return pickup fee starting from ₹150 applies. It may vary by pincode, courier availability, and number of items.
  • Once your return is received and passes quality inspection, the remaining eligible amount is issued as Store Credit or a Special Discount Coupon for future purchases.
  • COD processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit or coupons are issued only after the item is received and verified.
