Which material do you use?
All our jerseys are made from Dotknit fabric, offering excellent comfort for match days as well as everyday summer wear.
Do you have discount codes?
Use code SAVE60 when you buy 2 jerseys to get ₹60 off.
Buy 4 jerseys and apply the code designated for that offer (advise to check the banner or latest promo) to get a flat ₹80 off.
Can I cancel my order?
YES, ONLY IF INFORMED BEFORE DISPATCHING FROM OUR FACILITY. NO CANCELLATION POSSIBLE IF ITS DISPATCHED.
Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?
Prepaid Orders:
Yes. If the order has already been dispatched, a small ₹70 handling fee (to cover packing and processing costs) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded once the item is returned to us.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Unfortunately, cancellation or refunds are not possible once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our delivery partner with your tracking ID and live delivery updates.
Can I change the colour or size of my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to change the colour or size of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the colour or size.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, but both-way shipping charges will be your responsibility.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
You can enter your discount code on the checkout page in the box labeled “Discount code” and click Apply. The discount will be automatically updated in your total before you complete the payment.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and details. After your order has been dispatched, you will also get a WhatsApp message from our delivery partner with tracking info and delivery updates.
How many days will delivery take?
Once DISPATCHED
(Dispatch generally takes 2–3 working days )
Within Kerala 2-5 working days.
Outside Kerala 7-11 working days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking link once your order is dispatched from our facility.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

How long will it take to process a refund?
Eligible refunds are usually processed within 1–3 working days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. An additional charge of ₹ 69 per item applies, and this must be paid in advance.
If I don’t collect the package, is the ₹69 advance refundable?
No. If you do not collect the package at the time of delivery, the ₹69 advance payment is non-refundable.

Is there an extra charge for COD?
Yes, there is an extra charge for COD. A fee of ₹69 per item will be applied.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes an accurate size chart. Kindly review it before making your purchase.
Why did my order get canceled automatically?
The order might get canceled if the product is out of stock or if delivery is not available to your pincode.

What if I’m unable to receive the order when it arrives?
Simply use your mobile number on the Delhivery app to reschedule your delivery, or inform the delivery man once he calls you.
Do you offer a replacement if the product is damaged or incorrect?
Yes, replacements are provided only if a clear unboxing video is shared and inform us within 3days.
