Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Also:
🟡 A full unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for any exchange or refund — you must record the parcel being opened, until the item is first inspected.
Return time-frames:

If a return is accepted: the returned product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

If a replacement is accepted: the replacement product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

If an exchange is accepted: the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
Return Shipping & Charges

If the mistake is on our end (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong product delivered, or a defective/damaged item), we will bear the full return and replacement shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for both the forward and return courier charges. In such cases, ₹60-100 will be deducted from the refund amount as processing and handling charges.(Depends on the quantity)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please allow an additional 1–3 days for processing and 5 days for the credit to reflect.
