Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping & Charges

  • If the mistake is on our end (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong product delivered, or a defective/damaged item), we will bear the full return and replacement shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for both the forward and return courier charges.

    • In such cases, ₹60 will be deducted from the refund amount as processing and handling charges.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please allow an additional 1–3 days for processing and 5 days for the credit to reflect.
