RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Also:
🟡 A full unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for any exchange or refund — you must record the parcel being opened, until the item is first inspected.
Return time-frames:

If a return is accepted: the returned product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

If a replacement is accepted: the replacement product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

If an exchange is accepted: the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
Return Shipping & Charges

If the mistake is on our end (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong product delivered, or a defective/damaged item), we will bear the full return and replacement shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for both the forward and return courier charges. In such cases, ₹160 will be deducted from the total value (Depends on the quantity)

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packed and ready for collection.
After the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the eligible amount. The store credit can then be used for future purchases from our store
REFUNDS- store credits
Currently, we do not offer direct refunds for returned products. Once your return is approved and the item is received and verified at our facility, you will be issued store credit for the eligible amount.
This store credit can be used to make any future purchase from our store and will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Customers are responsible for redeeming the store credit within the validity period, as expired credits cannot be extended, renewed, or reissued.
